At ASM Collections, we strive to deliver high-quality imitation jewelry, premium sarees, and dresses that meet our customers’ expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

General Policy

  • We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy for all orders once delivered.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations in color/finish (as some variation may occur due to photography and screen display).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving it quickly.

Steps to raise a claim:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. OPENING VIDEO MUST. Share clear unboxing video of the damaged product. Before opening package, the package should be focused at tearing side properly.(❌NO ZOOM ❌NO EDITING) NOTE: 360degrees package should be viewed before tearing.

  2. Once verified by our team, we will:

    • Offer a replacement of the same product, or

    • Provide a refund if replacement is not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • If the purchase was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of account details.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Claim Approval

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • NOTE: 360degrees package should be viewed before tearing. Any damage in shipping/missing item we will process exchnage(same product)/ refund (missing item) only with proper unboxing video

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims if sufficient proof of damage is not provided.
